This role is execution-focused and requires experience in service-sector hiring, particularly for sales, operations, HR, PRO, accounts, and technical roles. The recruiter will work closely with management to build experienced, ownership-driven teams, not just forward CVs. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for Plus UAE Group and Vortexen: Job posting CV screening Telephonic/online interviews Shortlisting and interview coordination Focus on hiring experienced, revenue-generating and execution-ready candidates. Source candidates through: Job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) Direct sourcing and referrals Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements clearly. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview feedback. Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities. Ensure hiring timelines are met with quality profiles (not volume-based hiring).
