The position requires a strong engineering sales mindset, not trading-only or domestic sales experience. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard OEM manufacturers and engineering service providers for representation through Vortexen. Develop export sales opportunities with EPC contractors, industrial buyers, and government-linked entities. Handle technical discussions, product positioning, and solution-based selling. Coordinate export enquiries, quotations, and commercial discussions with OEMs and buyers. Support preparation of technical submittals, compliance documents, and pre-qualification requirements. Work closely with UAE-based teams for client meetings, follow-ups, and deal closures. Maintain structured records of leads, OEMs, buyers, and active opportunities. Achieve assigned export revenue and representation targets.

This role is strictly result-oriented, focused on identifying decision-makers and generating genuine business interest that can be converted into confirmed deals. This is not a branding or social media role. It is a pure B2B lead generation and qualification role. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate qualified B2B leads for UAE services through: LinkedIn Email outreach Cold calling (where applicable) Direct B2B research Target decision-makers such as Owners, Directors, Managers, and Procurement Heads. Generate leads for services including: Business Setup & PRO Services Visa & Compliance Services Representation & Industrial Services (Vortexen) Qualify leads based on interest, requirement, and readiness before handover. Share complete and accurate lead details with the sales team. Update lead status and remarks in CRM / tracking sheets. Maintain lead quality; junk or unverified leads are not accepted.
