Job Description
Plus UAE Group is seeking a Sales Associate to support and grow its B2B service portfolio in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on lead handling, client conversion, follow-ups, and revenue generation across Business Setup, PRO, Visa, and Compliance services.
This position is suitable for candidates who are confident in client interaction, target-oriented, and capable of converting enquiries into confirmed business.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads and enquiries and convert them into paying clients.
Explain Plus UAE services clearly, including:
Business Setup (Mainland & Free Zone)
PRO & Government Documentation Services
Visa & Immigration Services
Legal & Compliance Support
Conduct follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
Prepare and share service proposals and quotations in coordination with the Client Admin / Operations team.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM/database.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service execution.
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
