Plus UAE Group is hiring a Group HR to lead HR operations, recruitment, and people systems for both existing businesses and new startup verticals within the Group. This is a critical leadership role and will be the first HR employee directly responsible for supporting revenue generation, team productivity, and organizational discipline. The role is execution-focused, not advisory or policy-only. Key Responsibilities Group HR & Organization Building Act as Group HR for Plus UAE Group and its subsidiaries, supporting both ongoing operations and new business launches. Build and implement HR systems, SOPs, KPIs, and KRAs aligned with revenue and performance goals. Establish a system-driven workforce, reducing dependency on individuals. Revenue-Supporting HR Operations Work closely with management to ensure sales, operations, and revenue teams are fully staffed, productive, and accountable. Track performance, attendance, productivity, and discipline across teams. Support management in identifying non-performers and high-performers with data-driven insights. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end recruitment for: Sales & Business Development Operations & Client Administration Accounts, PRO, HR, and Technical roles Focus on hiring experienced, revenue-generating, and ownership-driven employees. Maintain recruitment pipelines for both UAE-based and remote teams. HR Operations & Compliance Manage employee documentation, onboarding, probation, confirmations, and exits. Implement HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and performance review systems. Act as the bridge between management and employees for HR-related matters. Startup HR Setup Design HR structures for new startups under Plus UAE Group from Day-1. Define roles, manpower planning, salary structures, and performance benchmarks. Support rapid but controlled scaling without HR chaos.
